At Work NLP, we’re dedicated to transforming workplaces by aligning internal mindsets with external environments, creating spaces where everyone thrives

Today, I’m excited to introduce something new: Work NLP.

Work NLP explores the emotional and subconscious forces that shape how we feel, think, and perform in the workplace.

We focus on identifying what generates positive kinesthetic states (“positive K’s”) — those internal sensations of confidence, connection, and flow that power great work.

But here’s the twist:
We don’t stop at the individual.

We work with leaders, teams, and designers to understand how those internal states are shaped — or suppressed — by the built environment itself.

Office layouts. Meeting rooms. Desk setups.
Culture is embodied — and the environment matters.

This is where neuroscience meets design, and performance meets presence.

If you’re curious how subconscious patterns influence leadership, collaboration, or even floorplans — I’d love to talk.

DM me or drop a comment and I’ll include you in our free pilot research program!
